DESCRIPTION:The efficiency of competition enforcement relies on a number 
 of various tools. Some of them are linked to an in-depth knowledge of th
 e markets we control\, to the investigative methods that enable agencies
  to build strong cases in Court and to the deterrence measures that agen
 cies foresee in their sanctioning decisions. The seminar will therefore 
 deal with methodologies of conducting market studies\, preparing and con
 ducting dawn raids\, with special reference to IT tools and systems for 
 calculating sanctions and other deterrent measures.
