 petition Investigations and Proceedings\, ICN-led Frame-work to Promote 
 Fair and Effective Agency Process and UNCTAD Guiding Policies and Proced
 ures un-der Section F of the UN Set on Competition) aim to explore the w
 ays in which costs can be reduced\, inconsistencies can be avoided and p
