DESCRIPTION:The agenda of the meeting consists of two major parts. In the
  morning there will be a professional session mainly on regional advocac
 y efforts in connection with courts and judges and the competition autho
 rity’s standpoint on arguments brought up by legal representatives conce
 rning Art 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Other related re
 gional experiences on procedural fairness will also be touched upon. In 
 the afternoon\, on the programme planning section\, participants will di
 scuss issues regarding the programme and work of the RCC and plans for t
 he future. We would be grateful to hear opinions about the work of the R
 CC in the current and previous years in order to be able to organise our
  programmes in accordance with your needs.
