The workshop is being organised in close collaboration with the Andalusian Competition Agency and the University of Malaga, to whom we extend our sincere gratitude.

The seminar will focus on the core principles of competition enforcement and advocacy. Key topics, including agreements, abuse of dominance, merger control and advocacy, will be addressed by renowned experts from OECD member countries. We kindly request that you nominate competition officials with less than two years of experience in their respective field.

Please note that RCC funds will cover accommodation and travel expenses for two participants from your Agency. The covered expenses include:

  • Economy-class flight tickets
  • Accommodation for five nights, from the night of 14 September to the night of 18 September 2026 (inclusive, should no suitable flights be available on the evening of 18 September)
  • Lunch and dinner between 15 and 18 September 2026
  • Social programme

Kindly note that the RCC will not cover travel insurance, visa fees, local transport, other personal expenses, or per diem.
