Stepping up with the fundamentals of competition law: from core principles to advanced competition law enforcement
This seminar will focus on fundamental principles and concepts of EU competition law, that are addressed by national judges in competition law cases brought before them, in the context of either public or private enforcement. The understanding of fundamental notions of EU competition law will be enhanced through a two-step approach: first, by setting out the elements that form each concept and second, by exploring challenges in competition law enforcement and judicial review of decisions of Competition Authorities.
