The meeting will give the heads of the beneficiary agencies the opportunity to discuss the current and future work of the RCC and to discuss and shape future programmes. The substantive part will provide an opportunity to share ideas on two main themes proposed by leaders at the informal meeting in Paris last December:
- the relationship between competition authorities and the judiciary, and how best to ensure that a case can withstand appeal, and
- merger review
