The seminar will give an overview over competition cases in Europe with regard to the application of antitrust and UCP practice. Day one of the seminar focuses primarily on recent enforcement practice of Art. 101 TFEU with an emphasis on developments relevant to NCAs. Day two will give an overview over recent case practice and developments concerning online sales, patent wars, merger prohibitions and UCP practice and will also provide insights in case investigation techniques.
